In addition, when the transaction is completed, HRS can make a substantial donation to the non-profit organization of your choice.

If you do not need a compatible real estate agent, but know of someone who might, you may also contact us. When that transaction is completed, we can still donate a substantial amount to the non-profit organization of your choice.

You incur no liability by receiving this service. You are not obligated to buy or endorse a particular product, service, or company. There is no extra charge to you (or your friend) for receiving this service. HRS is paid by the broker of the real estate agent who helps you or your friend buy or sell the real estate as a standard brokerage expense of the transaction.

The real estate agent is chosen on the basis of his compatibility with you. Unlike with many referral services, he does not pay a fee to be considered. HRS does not limit agent choices to a small group of agents who pay to have their names relayed to you.

The "substantial donation" which HRS makes to the non-profit organization of your choice varies as it is a percentage of the actual sales price. This percentage constitutes almost half of what HRS receives.

Based on the median home sales price for June 2005, according to the California Association of Realtors, this donation would be $1,628. HRS makes this donation as a community service because we feel strongly that such organizations contribute to the quality of life wherever you choose to have your home.
